Please review these terms and conditions of sale ("Terms of Sale") carefully as they govern any order for products (“Products”) placed by you ("customer", "you", "your") from our website uk.nobullproject.com ("Website") and set out who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end a contract, your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases and other important information. These are the Terms of Sale under which we are willing to provide you with the Products. Please be certain you understand them.

Acceptance of these Terms of Sale
By placing an order for Products, you agree that you have read these Terms of Sale and agree to be and are authorised to be legally bound by these Terms of Sale to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order any Products from our website.
We will not store these Terms of Sale after the conclusion of a contract. A contract can only be concluded in English language.
Changes to these Terms of Sale
We are constantly trying to improve our Products, so these Terms of Sale may need to change along with our Products. We reserve the right to change the Terms of Sale at any time. We will publish any updated Terms of Sale, and they will be effective as of the date of publishing and apply to Orders placed on and after that date.
Account and Ordering
An account is not required to shop on our Website, however, to make online shopping faster and easier, you may register for an account with us. Please ensure that your address and contact details are accurate when placing your order or creating your account, as we will use this information that you provide us to contact you and fulfil any orders you place with us.
To place an order, you must follow the steps set out on the Website. Once an order is placed, we will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email that confirms that the Products have been ordered. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the label has been created and the tracking number is assigned. No Prohibited Purchases
You agree not to make any purchases or use or attempt to use the Products for any illegal, unlawful purpose, or fraudulent purpose. You also agree not to transfer or otherwise provide the Products to any third party for any illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose, or in contravention of these Terms of Sale.
Sales to Consumers Only
Purchases made through the NOBULL Website are for consumers. Any offers of transfers, transfers, offers of sale, sales or resales to businesses are strictly prohibited. If we believe you are involved in purchase for resale or in violation of these Terms of Sale, NOBULL reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
NOBULL accepts the payment methods and services as set out in the ordering process on the Website. Some online payment services may require you to create an account with them. If a credit card is being used for a transaction, NOBULL may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or when the order is dispatched. If the balance from a NOBULL gift card is used for a transaction, the amount is deducted from your gift card at the time of purchase. If the total amount of the transaction is greater than the balance available in gift card your payment method will be charged for the balance.
Your total price will be the price (which includes VAT) of the Products indicated on the order pages when you placed the order plus any applicable delivery charges, less any discounts applied. NOBULL reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at any time.
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the Product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
Prices are initially quoted in pounds sterling. If you change the country of delivery while browsing or during check out, prices from that moment may be quoted in a different currency. Please note that changing the country of delivery may have an influence on the price due to a change in currency.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the Product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the Product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we will cancel the order, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any Products provided to you.
If you have ordered Products via the Website and NOBULL has reduced the price of any Product (of the same color and size) in your order, then NOBULL is happy to honour and process a price adjustment for you. Please note that you may only do so within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you place your order. NOBULL offers price adjustments only for Products purchased at full price. Each Product that you purchase from NOBULL is eligible for only one (1) price adjustment. In order to request a price adjustment, please click here to contact our Customer Service team. Please remember to include your order number and other details regarding the Product that you believe to be eligible for a price adjustment.
Rejected or Cancelled Orders
All orders for Product are subject to availability. We explicitly reserve the right not to accept, or to cancel your order for legitimate reasons by written notice to you, including :
- the Product is not in stock or is unavailable;
- the information your provided to us, such as your billing information, is not correct or not verifiable;
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
- your payment method failed;
- we believe you are prohibited from making a purchase, such as you are under the legal age in your country;
- we believe that you are a business;
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you; or
- we believe you have violated these Terms of Sale.
Where we cancel the order, we will refund you any sums you have paid and may require the return of any Products provided to you.
From time to time, NOBULL may offer discounts or coupon codes and/or other offers for free or discounted Products on our Website for promotional purposes, including via loyalty and rewards programs (collectively, “Promo Offers”). To the extent permissible under applicable laws, the following rules apply to any such Promo Offers in addition to any other terms specified in the Promo Offer:
- Promo Offers can only be redeemed on purchases made directly from NOBULL through our website.
- Promo Offers may not be combined, are non-transferrable, and have no cash value. Promo Offers cannot be sold or otherwise bartered, are limited one per registered household, and are void where prohibited.
- Promo Offers are for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations. Promo Offers do not apply to prior sales or orders. Promo Offers may be discontinued at any time at NOBULL’s sole discretion.
- Promo Offers do not apply to the purchase of gift cards.
NOBULL Gift Cards
NOBULL gift cards are for transactions on the Website only and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Website.
During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the Products to you. Although we will do our best to meet these timeframes, but they are not guaranteed.
If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control then we take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
If we miss the delivery deadline for any Products as we have refused to deliver them then you may treat the contract as at an end straight away.
Ownership and Responsibility
You own a Product once we have received payment in full. A Product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the Product to the address you gave us.
Cancellation and Returns
For most Products bought online you have a right to change your mind and receive a refund. Products purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Products purchased online must be returned through our Website.
You have the right to cancel a contract for a Product within 60 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 60 days beginning on the day after you have received your Order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us, using our contact information above, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms of Sale, however it is not mandatory.
To meet the notice period for the right of cancellation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiration of the cancellation period.
Once you've told us you want to cancel, you must then return your order to us in full without delay by post to the address below. We recommend trying the Product on indoors in order to maintain their original condition as, unless you're sending them back because they are faulty, all Products, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original condition unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Shoe boxes are an important part of the Product presentation, and so those, and all packaging and labelling, must also be returned undamaged, along with the Product(s).
Return Costs and Refunds
If you cancel your contract, we shall refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery that the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than within 10 days from the day on which the notification of your cancellation from is received by us. However, if you have handled the Product(s) in a way which is not acceptable, we may reduce your refund, to compensate us for the reduced value.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the Product(s) back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the Products, whichever is the earlier. For Product(s) delivered within the United Kingdom only, we will provide you with a pre-paid label to return your Product(s) to us, at no cost to you. For Product(s) delivered outside of the United Kingdom, we will provide you with a pre-paid label to return your Product(s) to us for a fee €10.00, which will be deducted from your refund.
However, if you wish to return your order without using a pre-paid label, you will need to return your order at your own cost, and send your Product(s) to the address below. We recommend that you include your original invoice included in the package and use a tracked service and keep your return tracking number for reference.

The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although NOBULL has made every effort to display the Products and colours accurately, minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of image acquisitions from other parties, your device's display technology or other technical reasons. We are not liable for any such variations or deviations.
Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Although NOBULL has made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes and measurements indicated on our Website are approximate.
We reserve the right to change the assortment of Products offered and to limit the quantity of Products that may be purchased at any time, without prior notice.
Please review all washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of the Products. We are not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect washing of Products, including washing contrary to the instructions.
Your Legal Rights
We are under a legal duty to supply Products that are in conformity with each contract. Nothing in these Terms of Sale will affect these legal rights.
Your legal rights say that Products supplied to you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Where, during the expected lifespan of your Product, this is not the case, your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- Up to 30 days: if your Product is faulty, then you can get an immediate refund.
- Up to six months: if your Product can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
- Up to six years: if your Product does not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

Limitation of Liability
If we fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products, including the right to receive Products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for business losses. If you use the Products for any commercial or business or purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity).
Use of Our Website
Other Important Terms
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Sale to another organisation. We will always tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under the contract. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms of Sale to another person if we agree to this in writing.
A contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither of us will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these Terms of Sale.
Each of the paragraphs of these Terms of Sale operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms of Sale, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
These Terms of Sale are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
